Case Study – Internal Fraud

Concerns were raised when our SIM Box detection service was not detecting many SIMs for an African MVNO and the suggestion was made to incorporate our covert testing module. Terminating our calls to live subscribers prevents any internal fraudsters from identifying our calls. After making calls we were able to present the operator with suspected MSISDNs being used – further analysis can be performed.
